Length 10 millim. Humeral breadth 2 ½ millim. male female. Takanosima, Japan. This genus presents an entire anomaly amongst the Coreoid Hemiptera with simple legs; it seems to have most affinity with the Gonoceridæ, but it differs from them in the length of the hemelytra and the irregularity of its nervules; its position in the series, as the system now stands, is very difficult to define.
