• Scrutiny:
  • Dolling, 2011, The identity of this species is disputed. Göllner-Scheiding 2000: 37 considered it to be a junior synonym of R. tenuicornis (i.e. dentipes) but Distant, 1901c: 428 believed it to be synonymous with R. flavovittatus, of which it would be a senior synonym. If the type locality Brazil, cited by Dallas, is correct, then it is most probably a species of Hyalymenus.
