  • Dolling, 2011, The intended gender of the genus name Tuberculiformia is ambiguous: Ahmad (1967) treated it as masculine in the combinations T. clavatus and T. constrictus and as feminine in the combination T. pallida. The genus Paramarcius Hsiao, 1964 was unknown to Ahmad in 1967 and would run to Tuberculiformia in his key.
